BIOGRAPHY OF ASHNEER GROVER

 Ashneer Grover He is an Indian entrepreneur and the founder of the digital financial services company, BharatPe. He was born in 1985 in Punjab, India, and completed his engineering degree from Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology in 2007. Grover then went on to pursue an MBA from the Indian School of Business (ISB) in Hyderabad, graduating in 2010.

After completing his MBA, Grover worked with companies such as Hindustan Unilever and Kotak Mahindra Bank, gaining experience in sales and marketing, strategy, and business development. In 2015, he joined the digital payments company, Paytm, as the Senior Vice President of Business. He played a key role in the growth of Paytm's payment gateway business.


In 2018, Grover founded BharatPe, which offers merchants a single interface for all their digital payment needs. The company has grown rapidly, with over 70 million transactions per month and a valuation of $2.85 billion as of September 2021. As of March 2023, Ashneer Grover's net worth is estimated to be around $1 billion

In addition to his work at BharatPe, Grover is also a member of the Young Presidents' Organization and an active angel investor in startups. He has been recognized for his contributions to the Indian startup ecosystem, including being named to the Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia list in 2018.
